Back-to-School Wellness Blends


Going back to school in the fall is usually the time when the kids start bringing home different viruses. Besides hand washing, eating balance meals and getting enough sleep, I also incorporate essential oils into promoting wellness with the girls. Below are a few of my favorite wellness essential oil blends used for immune support and help with a cold or flu.

You can mix any of the blends in a 10 ml roller bottle with a carrier oil, I prefer fractionated coconut oil. My favorite coconut oil is found here and roller bottles here on Amazon. I am more conservative than others with dilution amounts for essential oils. They are more powerful than herbs and a little goes a long way. 

If you have children under the age of 6, please do your research on dilution rates. Use caution when using oils such as eucalyptus and peppermint in children under the age of 6.
